If goods do not work or have the characteristics agreed, the legal guarantee protects you. It applies for at least two years from receipt of the goods and may last longer under national law. Contact the seller. Under the conditions laid down by law, the seller must repair or replace the goods free of charge. If that is impossible or is not done within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, you may request a price reduction or refund. An additional commercial guarantee from the seller or producer may apply; it does not limit your legal rights.
